With more than two decades of experience in the legal industry, Lucine has built her career at the intersection of law firm operations, business strategy, leadership, technology, staffing, and revenue growth. She works closely with law firm owners and leadership teams to identify operational gaps, restructure underperforming departments, develop stronger management teams, improve intake and sales performance, implement accountability systems, and create the infrastructure necessary for sustainable growth.
Lucine earned her LL.M. from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in 2004 and began her career working inside a law firm. That experience ultimately shaped her belief that successful law firms require more than excellent legal work—they require the same sophisticated business infrastructure, financial discipline, leadership, and performance management expected of any successful company.
Today, through LT Global Practice Management, Lucine and her team provide law firms with fractional executive leadership, practice management consulting, recruiting and staffing, intake and sales development, KPI and performance systems, technology implementation, and operational restructuring. Her experience spans immigration, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, estate planning, and other practice areas.
Known for being highly hands-on, Lucine does not simply advise firms from the outside. She works alongside owners, attorneys, managers, and staff to turn strategy into execution, from restructuring workflows and developing teams to improving client experience, collections, profitability, and overall firm performance.
