Lucine Aghajanyan Returns to 8am Kaleidoscope 2026 for Two Law Firm Technology Sessions
AP News recently published an announcement highlighting Lucine Aghajanyan, founder and CEO of LT Global Practice Management, and her upcoming return to 8am Kaleidoscope 2026 in Las Vegas.
Taking place September 22 through 24 at Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, Kaleidoscope brings together legal professionals, firm owners, and industry partners to discuss technology, practice management, and law firm growth.
This year, Aghajanyan will contribute to two educational sessions, “Legal Tech Buyer’s Guide” and “The Searchable Firm.” Both sessions focus on a challenge many growing law firms face: adding technology without first having a clear plan for how it fits into the firm.
“Technology should make a law firm easier to operate, but that only happens when the firm selects the right tools and establishes clear systems for using them,” Aghajanyan said.
Legal Tech Buyer’s Guide
During “Legal Tech Buyer’s Guide,” Aghajanyan will join Anthony Afshar and moderator Chris Long of 8am to discuss how firms can evaluate their current technology before investing in another platform.
The session will cover questions firms should ask vendors, warning signs to watch for, and how to determine whether a technology product actually fits the firm’s day-to-day operations.
The Searchable Firm
For “The Searchable Firm,” Aghajanyan will join Aisling Conroy of 8am to share practical ways firms can improve document organization and retrieval.
The session will cover consistent file naming, tagging, and OCR to make important information easier for attorneys and staff to find.
Lucine Aghajanyan’s Second Year at Kaleidoscope
This will be Aghajanyan’s second year participating in Kaleidoscope. She spoke at the inaugural 2025 conference about when and how law firms should grow their teams.
Through LT Global Practice Management, Aghajanyan works with law firms on technology, staffing, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations. The company is also a certified 8am MyCase consultant.
